Privacy Policy

Effective 14 July 2026

This policy explains how Prospio processes personal data when you visit our website, use the Prospio platform, connect an integration, or communicate with us. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for data they upload or collect through their deployment.

Data we process

  • Account and contact details, including name, business email, workspace membership, and support communications.
  • Business data supplied by customers, such as lead, company, campaign, CRM, and website activity records.
  • Security and usage information, including sign-in events, IP address, device information, audit events, and feature activity.
  • Subscription and invoice identifiers from Stripe. Prospio does not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Integration tokens and configuration needed to provide customer-authorised connections.

How we use data

We use data to provide and secure the service, qualify and prioritise customer-authorised business records, operate integrations, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, support users, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and tracking

Prospio uses essential storage for authentication, security, and saved preferences. Customer-installed tracking must be configured and deployed in line with the customer's consent and notice obligations. Optional marketing identification is not loaded on this website until a compliant consent mechanism is available.

Service providers and international transfers

We use vetted providers for hosting, database and authentication services, billing, email, monitoring, and customer-requested integrations. We disclose only the data needed for those services and use contractual and technical safeguards for international transfers where required.

Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal duties, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. Retention can vary by workspace configuration and contract. We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, tenant isolation, and operational monitoring, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. Workspace users should first contact their workspace administrator. You may also contact us at [email protected]. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
