Terms of Service

These terms govern business use of Prospio. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you can bind the organisation you represent. An executed order form or other written agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use appropriate workspace roles, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for authorised users and for the legality, accuracy, permissions, notices, and consent associated with data you submit or collect.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Prospio for unlawful surveillance, spam, deception, discrimination, or infringement.
- Do not upload malware, probe other tenants, bypass access controls or rate limits, or disrupt the service.
- Do not collect website activity without the notices, consent, and lawful basis required in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Do not resell or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation
Self-service subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown at checkout unless cancelled. When a card-required trial is offered, Stripe displays the amount and billing timing before confirmation. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Taxes may apply. Contract plans, implementation services, notice periods, refunds, and renewal terms are governed by the applicable order form. Workspace administrators can manage supported billing actions through the Stripe customer portal.
Customer data and integrations
You retain ownership of customer data and grant Prospio the limited rights needed to process it on your instructions and provide the service. Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms and availability. You authorise Prospio to exchange the data necessary to operate integrations you enable.
Service changes and suspension
We may improve or change the service. We may suspend access to address security threats, unlawful use, non-payment, material breach, or urgent operational risk. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.
Intellectual property and feedback
Prospio and its licensors retain rights in the platform, documentation, and underlying technology. You may use the service only during the applicable subscription. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or obligation.
Disclaimers and liability
Prospio provides prioritisation and workflow support, not legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice. Outputs should be reviewed by qualified users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any monetary liability cap or mandatory rights are determined by the applicable order form and governing law.
